Data Conversion
Our services include the import of your data into the Infinite Visions software system. We have extensive experience converting many types of financial systems to Infinite Visions and have a dedicated department staffed with professionals to perform data conversions. We have extensive experience with CIMS® conversions and have CIMS domain expertise on staff to ensure a smooth conversion process. With a perfect track record for on-time customer conversions, we have successfully converted over 200 CIMS districts to our system.
Training
Training by our certified product consultants includes detailed training materials and can be provided either at your facility or in our training facility in Tempe, Arizona. Effective and complete training of the end-user is critical to the successful implementation of any new software package. Our Implementation Specialists and Trainers have years of experience training school district users. Each class uses a structured agenda and includes hands-on training exercises to give new users the experience and confidence necessary to perform their daily tasks using Infinite Visions.

Business Continuity Assurance Program
Our award-winning Business Continuity Assurance Program (BCAP) includes secure, automated nightly backups of your Infinite Visions financial, payroll and human resource data. BCAP lets your district easily recover your data in the event of hardware failure, human error, virus, fire, flood or other disaster. Should you experience a disruption of your daily processing, WMG support staff will restore your data to any machine you designate. In the event of a more serious disaster, such as the total loss of equipment or facilities, WMG will host your applications on one of our secure servers and assist your staff with remote connectivity from anywhere in the United States so you may continue to process critical financial data.
