Training by our certified product consultants includes detailed training materials and can be provided either at your facility or in our training facility in Tempe, Arizona. Our Trainers and Implementation Specialists have years of experience training school district users. Each class uses a structured agenda and includes hands-on training exercises to give new users the experience and confidence necessary to perform their daily tasks using Infinite Visions.
In addition to training at our facility, WMG offers online training opportunities. Online training gives your employees in-depth knowledge of the Infinite Visions modules they use most, maximizing employee productivity and improving quality of work. And online training is often more cost effective—especially for new-hire employees who need to get up-to-speed quickly or when several employees need training on new functionality—because training can take place at work or from home without costly travel expenses. With WMG’s Gold Level Technical Support, extend the power of your district’s IT team by providing IT staff with unlimited technical support to address:

Business Continuity Assurance Program

Our award-winning Business Continuity Assurance Program (BCAP) includes secure, automated nightly backups of your Infinite Visions financial, payroll and human resource data. BCAP lets your district easily recover your data in the event of hardware failure, human error, virus, fire, flood or other disaster.
Should you experience a disruption of your daily processing, WMG support staff will restore your data to any machine you designate. In the event of a more serious disaster, such as the total loss of equipment or facilities, WMG will host your applications on one of our secure servers and assist your staff with remote connectivity from anywhere in the United States so you may continue to process critical financial data.
